Anybody experiencing wifi problems with iOS 12

Since the last beta and golden master my downloads speed has been 50mbps and upload 120 but restarting the device or forgetting the network and connecting again fixes it , and my pc and Xbox show normal speeds

iPhone SE and no difference in wifi speeds from my other devices.
