Yes, it is the iTunes Vizualizer. It's the most mesmerizing thing to watch. It's like the old mandlebrot fractal generators for PC in the earliy 90's... you just keep watching and watching.

The first time I saw the new iTunes visualizer I stared at it for like 45 minutes, and I was completely sober!
