Anybody got Apple Wireless Keyboard working under Catalina snd possibly on MBP 16" 2019?

Hi, I updated the OS on my MBP 16" yesterday but I still have missing keystoke issue and slow respond. On some keys, I have to hit several times for it to show up on the screen. I also need to pause after typing and confirming registration of each key before the next. This makes the keyboard useless with the MBP 16". The keyboard is working perfectly on my MBP 2010 running older OS.

I contacted Apple Support and stated the serial number of my MBP 16". I mentioned the issues to the agent. I told her that I have the Wireless Keyboard and another Logitech keyboard working perfectly with my old MBP 2010 17" but not the new MBP 16". She asked me if I have tried to clean the keys even though it is obviously that the problem is with the MBP 16". Have been chatting for 15 minutes but she still cannot figure out the cause and provide a solution.
