Anybody has health related issue using EasyRes?

Hi, I reinstalled EasyRes on my MBP 16" 2019. Last year, I uninstalled it as I got headache using the program.

I set the resolutions to 2688x1680 at 60Hz. After using it for about two hours, my eyes got tired. How come? After setting the resolutions, I already increased the font size of my browser so that the letters are as easy to read as if I did not install EasyRes.
