i Was only asking

I have never followed any event and due to being in the UK wasn't sure when it would be time difference wise.

On the front page there's a timer counting down to the event, so you don't really need to know what time it is. It's handy, I also have trouble working out time zone differences.

About Tuesday

Event location (UK) Covent Garden Apple Store

Time: 3:30 GMT

Probably a little later as the staff will be leaving the store at that time....Now we all wait for the aftermath of happy / disappointed people...I need an aspirin :)

I doubt it will be at 3:30 in the morning. ;)

The keynote starts at 18:00 (6:00pm) UK time.

Its 19:00 oclock at German/Europe time evening. So perfect time for us ;-)

Not Possible. If it's 10 AM in the States, it's 1800 where I live (Dubai, UAE). GMT is -4 HRS which would make it around 1400 in the UK .

I'd check your figures. PST is -8hrs from GMT so 10:00am in California is 18:00 GMT.

It's now 10:06am in the UK and my iPhone says it's 2:06am in California.

Ah my bad I missed the PST part. I was thinking EST as I travel back and forth to New York .

It seems some people have mixed and matched some facts about the live stream to London.

The keynote starts at 10am PST, which will be 6pm in the UK.

The keynote will be live-streamed to invited press in the Covent Garden Apple store in London, which is closing early (around 3:30pm). Obviously they won't start showing anything at 3:30pm, but this gives 2 1/2 hours for preparation, for the press to arrive, drinks, nibbles, gossip etc.

Is there normally a live thread for events on here?

Yes, the main page will be redirected to a live update page. There will also be a spoiler free page available to anyone whom would prefer to wait until the keynote video is made available.

How long does the keynote usually last? I get off of work at 2pm EST so I'm curious as to how much I will miss.
