Anybody here use a program called teleport?

It apparantly works like a kv/m switch and lets you use multiple macs at once. It basically sets them up as another screen. It is compatible with osx tiger thru mountain lion. I'm getting g4 up and running with leopard so I can use it as another monitor for my imac..

If you ask, I'm a heavy, heavy multi tasker. I already have 3 monitors for my imac (the 27", a 27" acd, and a 800x480 usb monitor), and its not enough. When I upgrade to a thunderbolt imac, I'll probably get another 27" thunderbolt monitor...

Yes, have used it (however not on PPC Macs).

It works most of the time, but occasionally I get a call that the mouse won't jump across screens (from reception, they use it across two Mac Minis, one running Windows XP in Parallels).

Quite a neat app really.

I've used it across 3 systems, G5 powermac->intel mini->intel MBP all without problems.
Good free application.
