Anybody in Los Angeles having trouble texting?

I am in ls Angeles and I can send but I am not receiving any text messages. (not iMessage)

Oh I am on AT&T network.

Anyone else having problems??

Yes, for some reason my iMessage setting switched over to text messaging somehow. I was able to manually turn iMessage back on though....very strange.
