Pretty cool actually, fair play to him. Wish there was a place online that helped from the ground up with C++ in XCode projects with Windows and Buttons though

Daring Fireball is a pretty good Apple related blog, I check it out every now and again.

There is also the aptly named The Unofficial Apple Weblog and MacZealots. Not really a blog but MacOSXHints is another good site too.
