OK, this has been going on for a couple of major updates but it still drives me nuts.

There was a time when I could say 'Hey Siri, add Tomato Juice to the Shopping List' and it would do it, for a while now it says 'OK, I'll add those two items' and sure enough you get Tomato and Juice as separate items on the list. You can work around it by saying 'Hey Siri add Juice of the Tomato to the Shopping List' but it's a bit crap really and it would seem more sensible if I wanted Juice AND Tomato to say 'Juice AND Tomato'

This must be the flip side of the issue where it stopped taking down multiple items (which it did in the early days of iOS 14). It was an announced feature that you could add multiple items with one “Hey Siri”. Then it stopped working. Now it’s apparently working TOO well!
