Hi guys/gals,

I recently upgraded the hard drive on my MacBook. I've re-installed all my apps, transferred my documents, but totally forgot to jot down the info on about six of the dashboard stickies.

Is there a way to restore this from my old hard drive? (I've got everything on Time Machine). It seems a lot of effort to swap the hard drives again just for that :p

Once I've done that, I can re-format my external HD and use it to do a total backup of my "new" machine.

Same problem

I ran into a similar problem and cannot find where "stickies" are saved. If you find out could you please respond to the thread. Thanks

That did it, thanks very much :)

I wasn't able to restore them just by replacing the file, but by opening it up in TextEdit it's easy to see what was there.

Thanks to all those that helped!
