Anybody know Remote Desktop for Mac?

Is there a way to automatically schedule and sync all the files of the Administrator Computer (docs, video, photos, music, etc) to the Client Computers so that everytime I add or make a change in the Administrator Computer files it automatically updates the Client Computers? Thanks
