There's this white rim around the mic under the front face camera and anyone know how to remove a scratch from the apple logo?

I think the white trim you are seeing is just light bouncing off of the earpiece cutout. Look at a cut piece of glass at an angle; it looks identical.

As far as scratch removal, I would just leave it. Chances are you will do more harm than iOS fussing with it.
