So I just got an email saying my item is ready for pick up. I was like, yeah sure it's ready like if I go there now you're gonna give it to me :) but it probably means that Apple stores been receiving them days in advance, and they have one reserved for me and other preorder pickups.
I wonder how will pick up affect the 6+ stocks. People are saying that each store gets less than 20 6+s across all models and carriers and variations, then they also need to set up like 6-8ish for in store demo, I hope they don't accidentally put mine out for demo, I would be really pissd :cool:

BTW, I decided to do pick up in a smaller apple store in SF to avoid the crowd (and because i don't want to wait home all day for the fedex guy to show up) then my job decided to ask me to cover the launch event at the flagship store, I called aple and ask if I could transfer my order and just pick it up over there instead so I don't have to travel to a different store after the launch event to get my phone, they said they would cancel my order and reorder it, which will result in me waiting for the second batch....I was like, oh hewl naww. :apple::apple:
