Anybody recommend Case-Mate Barely There Case for iPhone 4/4S

Looks good on the picture but anybody know why there are two lines either side of the case at the back?

yup, got one for my gf and fits perfectly. there is a very very slight lip as well, so placing your phone face down on a flat surface wouldn't scratch it (probably)
as far as the two lines...it's hard to explain, but the plastic between the lines are a hair thinner than that on the outside. my gf is happy with hers, and it's still smaller than my naked 3GS

I bought one from staples for my 4s, it had a small amount of play to it which bothered me. I returned it and bought a Feather.

I ordered and received one and returned it - mine also didn't fit tight and had some looseness on the sides which moved and creaked when you held it. For some reason the front overhang didn't bother my screen protector but the case kept bubbling up my back protector around the camera. I ended up sending it back. I didn't really notice lines on the back with mine.
