Anybody syncing content across a iPad and a iPhone at the same time?

Hey Gang,

My new iPad 2 32GB Wifi is in the car waiting for me to get done w/ work. Going over what I need to do to get it working at home, I was wondering if you guys have the sync settings enabled for both a iPhone and iPad?

I use Exchange sync for my Gmail, and Mobile Me for everything else. Does the sync work across multiple devices? Any gotchas I should be aware of?

Too bad I can't easily choose which one to sync - it would save a lot of duplicate chiming. Like emails popping on both devices within a few seconds of each other.

I use exchange for gmail on my ipad and iphone no problem.

I use a combination, IMAP for Mail and Notes, and Exchange for Contacts and Calendars. All for Google but as I cant send emails from Exchange, I have to use the combination. Plus Exchange is Push and syncs contacts. This quite happily sync my iPad 2, iPod Touch, Thunderbird and Google in sync
