Anybody trust OEM bluetooth headsets online?

I'm looking to get a bluetooth earpiece for my iPhone, but I'm not totally sold on what I'm hearing about the apple headset and not too excited about the Jawbone either. I've seen some pretty good response regarding the Jabra JX10 headset. I found some listings on ebay for OEM versions of the same unit. They claim they are completely legit and all sellers seem to be selling varieties of bluetooth headsets of all different types. People also seem to be having good results, but I can't help be a little skeptical. Has anybody had any experience doing something like this? Prices are about half of retail. Maybe it's one of those "too good to be true" situations...
