Yep. Twice.

I started with a 500GB TC and upgraded it to 1TB last spring. These instructions are great: http://www.hardmac.com/articles/79/page1. Takes about 30 mins first time.

Last week I upgraded the 1TB to 2TB in 10 mins. Easy.

In both cases I used Western Digital Green Power drives since they run cooler (I'm hoping this increases TC's life expectancy)
