Anybody using OWC ram in their MacBook Pro?

Can somebody tell me why the big xbench memory numbers b/w my 2.33 core 2 duo 3 gigs of OWC ram and the newer MacBook Pro

New MacBook Pro 2.5 scores 181 whilst my older MacBook Pro scores 74

Can you post your memory number if you you're using Apple Samsung ram?

From the pictures I've seen on iFixit.com, the new MacBooks use Samsung PC3-8500 DDR3-1066 RAM while the new MacBook Pros use the same kind of RAM but made by Hynix. As for the timings, I have no idea, sorry.
