Anybody who has Mercury Messenger or aMSN, how do you make it look good?

I've noticed that Mercury Messenger and aMSN are the only MSN apps which allow you to use webcam on macs. They are both quite ugly programs though, and I was wondering - if you use either of these, how have you styled yours up to make it look best? Screenshots are appreciated.
