iPad Anybody with Jailbroken ios 6.1.3 ?

I have messed up my cydia, if anyone has Jailbroken idevice with ios 6.1.3 plz send me the complete zip of folder named "lib"
It's found in /var/lib/
And has 4 more folders in it named apt,dpkg,cydia and misc
Plz some1 with ios 6.1.3 send me ur lib folder my cydia wont work without it
