Anybody with yellow blotches AND death grip?

Just a shot in the dark: is there anybody there that had both yellow blotches AND “death grip” on the same device? There doesn't seem to be such a combination report on any forum that I’ve looked up; so if there’s somebody who experienced both, please reply to this thread.
Because I have a paranoid scenario - take a look here.
