Hi guys,

For the Windows users in here (past or present) that are familiar with AnyDVD...

Since AnyDVD is ONLY made for Windows, is there a substitute for Mac that works just as well?

Thanks!

Thanks for the links, but it doesn't exactly answer the question.

I just wanna know if there's a Mac substitute for AnyDVD... and if so, what is it? :)

There is no app for OS X that has the ease of use of AnyDVD and the rest of the Slysoft suite. It's one of the few reasons to keep a Windows machine around. I run those apps on XP under Parallels on my MBP and then plug in an external burner (Slysoft stuff doesn't work on the Matsushita drives that Macs generally use).

Bummer. I thought this might be the case.

Yikes... double-bummer. I didn't know about this. Thanks for letting me know!

Are there any particular brands of external hard drives that seem to work best with Slysoft? Any others that don't work?
