Anyone benchmark 2011 Macbook pro SSD?

Are they using 3rd generation controllers? Read/Write speeds? Sustained/random?

I'd like to know if I should go with the stock item or upgrade later on?

Here you go! it's not as fast as something from OCZ but it puts those hard drives to shame with the random reads and writes.
