Anyone bought a macbook this week? Was wondering if they are installed with Yosemite?

Because my dad plans on buying me one next month and I was wondering if there is anyway that it will still come with Mavericks so that Yosemite is optional to install. It wouldn't be fair to be forced to use Yosemite when it still has so many bugs. It should be optional..
I can understand for next year when the new macbook comes out but Yosemite barely came out and it wouldn't be fair to right away be installed with it.

Bought this past Sunday 10/26 with Mavericks out the box. But I immediately installed Yosemite and it's been a beautifully blazing machine since. No bugs or issues.

If it's assembled since Yosemite launched, it should have Yosemite. If it's one that was before, it probably won't.

I bought my 13" rMBP last Saturday. Mavericks out of the box. Upgraded to Yosemite before anything else.
