Anyone bought a phone from H2O?

So it looks like H20 redid their plans to compete with Net10 and Airvoice Wireless, and I have to stay they seem to offer great value.

Not only that, now they have refurb iPhone 5 32 GB for $419, can't say I'm not tempted to sell my contract free iPhone 4s and get this one.

My question is, has anyone bought a phone from H20? Are they locked? Common sense would say they shouldn't be, since they are full price, but wanted to ask.
