Sprint Complete is just insurance you have to pay for, i had declined any insurance when buying my new Apple iPhone 11 but today i received an e-mail thanking me for getting the Sprint Complete, i called Sprint/T-Mobil was transfered to their insurance Dept. was told i did have the Sprint Complete at $16.95 a Month.

Told the lady in their insurance Dept. i did not ask for the Sprint Complete, and for her to have it and any charges to my acount removed.

I also called my local Sprint/T-Mobil Store and talked to the lady who handled the phone sale, asked how the Sprint Complete got on the sale without me knowing it, all she said is i can call Sprint and have it removed.

My feeling it was a money scam including it in sale where it did not show up in receipt, so i advise you if buying anything from a Sprint/T-Mobil store to watch for this Sprint Complete being adding to the sale.

Did you buy online or in store? I recently upgraded 2 phones online. The way they offer sprint complete is tricky. I got burned in the first one and accidentally signed up for it. I got the same email as you and cancelled but then called back two days later as it still hadn’t been removed. The second time they removed it completely.

I learned from that experience and double checked when I completed checkout and did not get sprint complete. It worked out fine.

Kind if a hassle but in the end it all worked out. Probably part of the reason why they didn’t make it as a stand alone company.

I bought my new iPhone 11 from the same Store i had used for years, it used to be just the Sprint Store today it's a T-Mobil Store, the lady who handled the sale did everything from her computer and asked if i wanted to insure my phone i feel she was trying to sell me Apple Care and i declined.

all i received was a print out with phone cost an Otter Case and a $20 dollar charge for phone seting up "this was the first time i have ever been charged for a Apple phone or iPad setup" nothing about Sprint Complete or Apple Care.

What i found out from my call to Sprint/T-Mobil that ended up with the insurance Dept. was i had got both Apple Care and Sprint Complete, both item i never wanted or asked for.

Next Month when i receive notice of my Sprint/T-Mobil bill, if the extra $16.95 is included i again will be calling them and i won't be so nice about it.

I can always take my phone to another carrier and get setup, and i will if i have to deal with more problems.
