I have two S25 ultra phones. Just wondering if I should buy the Samsung care for them at $10 / month. I've always had Apple Care for my iPhones, paid monthly. I used it a few times. I'm curious if any of you samsung owners have it. I can cancel at anytime. If any of you have, how's the service?

I've used it once when I shattered my S2e Ultra's screen. It was very easy and well done and the replacement arrived next day. Highly recommended.

How did it work out of interest, did they send you a full device replacement? Thank you. I’m used to Apple Care and their express replacements.

Yes pretty much the same process. I got my replacement next day.

Got it part of my upgrade plan with Samsung. Pay £76 a month and can upgrade after 12 months

Bought it, haven't used it yet but I might soon. I just noticed a small dimple on my ZF7 that can only be seen with indirect sunlight and only at a certain time of day and angle. It's so weird, in direct sunlight it's not there, in vanity lights it's no there. But indirect light coming through the blinds I can make it out and only if it's around 2-4pm, afterwards its gone. I would have noticed it before the return period ended if that wasn't the case. So far it hasn't triggered by OCD, but now that I've seen it I cannot unsee it.

Edit:
Apparently its somewhat common since mine is at the exact same spot. That being said mine is no where near as bad as the ones from this thread.

That's interestingly strange. I can't help with that one, keep us updated. I have a black S25 Ultra that I ended up nicking with my waiting ring as I was trying to catch it falling off the chair as I was charging it without a case. My tungsten ring dinged the 5x telephoto black lens ring and put a scratch on the glass of the 13mm UWA. Fortunately, the scratch is not in view of the camera. I placed a piece of masking tape along that scratch and opened the camera and I could not see the edge of the tape. I don't have insurance on this one yet, but there is a company that's Samsung. He uses an a or an oem repair, a place called u brake I Fix. They have to replace the entire back glass to Fix those scratches. Cost is $138, not bad. I'm still I'm trying to decide if I'm going to get it done or not. Since I'll probably trade in this phone in 6 months for these S26 ultra. This is an OCD issue for me as well & the phone is only 2 weeks old.

Well for some reason the dimple is now gone. I recently changed the case and I am assuming the Nilkin's magnet is causing it or pushing on the back somehow. Ever since I changed it to the Benks I can't seem to reproduce the dimple.

Nope.

If ever there is an issue, my plan is that if my Amex Platinum card does not cover an issue, I will sign up for Asurion insurance.
The Samsung care uses Asurion for claims. There is a Samsung repair center where I live called U Break I Fix. It's a mobile repair location & they have vehicles to come to you if needed. I have the S25 Ultra that is a few weeks old now & I minorly damaged the camera rings on the back by trying to catch the phone from falling, my tungsten ring scratched them. I had U break, I fix replace the back glass for $130. I'll be getting the $10/mo insurance i suppose for 6 months until the S26 ultra is available.
