Anyone care to guess what I have ordered?

So I wanted to do the apple upgrade program but didn't see it til after I had done my order...as it was hidden in the app.

Here's my order reservation. I really can't remember what I clicked to get here. I need a phone that will work with Att. I don't really care what I have to do to get it with regard to payment method.
