Anyone close to iPhone dev blog who knows their plans of the next release? (3.1.3)

It's driving me crazy having an iPhone 3GS which is unusable. But it's driving me even more crazy knowing that they actually have the solution ready So, do any of you guys have news about their plans of the next unlock-tool? I think they're incredibly quite, and it bothers me a little
