iPod touch anyone could share a link with turtorial how to upgrade 1.1.5 to 2.2.1 ?

I really would appriciate some link to turtorial for my itouch upgrade to 2.2.1 in iTunes 8.1.
i am quite stuck at the moment.

Connect your iPod, and it should open a screen in iTunes showing a picture of your iPod, with a bar at the bottom representing how much music/videos/apps, etc are on the iPod. There's a button in the middle of the page that says "Check For Updates", clicking that should prompt you to buy 2.2.1.

In my contry Itunes store isn't working..

if you have the firmware put your ipod in DFU mode it will ask to restore your ipod touch if you have pc hit shift restore if you have mac hit command something like that and restore? and than you should have 2.2.1 on your iphone
