Anyone else experiencing better battery life with Mavericks on rMBP?

After the update, while I was at work (study), the battery indicated 11 hours 58 minutes of battery life on its full charge. Tonight I had it unplugged at 100% charge and it read only 5 hours, though no programs were running. I restarted it, shut it down, tried a bunch of things to see what was keeping it slow. You all getting better battery life?
