anyone else experiencing Safari Extensions disappearing?

it happened to me twice already since installed Lion. i usually just have Adblock & ClickToFlash installed...just realized that the 2.3.3 version of ClickToFlash is the only one that works in Lion. anyone else encountered these problems? or know of a fix to always keep your extensions intact?
