Anyone else experiencing Siri not working?

Over the past two days I have tried using Siri and have gotten the "I'm sorry but I'm not taking requests right now" and I'm wondering if it's happening to anyone else. I have very fast internet and live in an LTE-enabled area so connectivity issues aren't a problem.

Usually when that happens to me, I turn Siri off and then back on. Then it starts working again.

Siri seems to be up and running. I'd contact Apple support.

I've been getting this every so often, too. The cloud servers are probably overloaded with people playing with Siri.

Nothing new with siri

I find that after iOS 7 upgrade Siri is either very slow or non responsive.
