Got my new AW6 WiFi last Friday, worked fine out of the box. Just before bed, I noticed the little red box with a slash through it that I found out means it is not connected to my phone. So, I reconnected using Bluetooth settings my iPhone X. Got up the next morning , and it was disconnected again. Soon I could not keep it connected. Turned it and my phone off and on, no help. Finally decided to do a factory reset on the watch. When I hold my phone next to it, the pairing app appears just like it did when I got it. However, when I click to pair, the pairing app crashes! Being returned now, won’t get a new one until November!

I tried to return my local store. I figured there aren’t that many different watch cases, so they might have mine, and I could simply keep my band. They told me I had to return the watch AND the band. They must go together he said. He admitted that sounds stupid, but that’s the way it is.
