Anyone else getting disc burning errors on their Nehalem Mac Pro after SL?

No matter what discs I use to burn something, whether it be a dual layer disc or a singler layer, I keep getting errors or hardware failed.

Anyone else having these issues, I've also noticed this happening ever since the upgrade to SL.

You said that you tried single layer and double layer disks. Did you try different brands
