With 2.1 I was barely kicked out. It almost never happened now it seems to happen alot ugh apple. I hate when new firmwares make things worse

2.1 was randomly crashing on me all the time. 2.2 is still way to new to say. It's only crashed on me once so far and that was on a page with a lot of flash plugins (obviously they don't show).

Over 10 hours Safari use on 2.2 and NO CRASH. In fact it has improved cacheing pages.

As I am typing this, I am crossing my fingers. I'm on my iPhone RIGHT NOW and so far..... Hhhuuuu.... Ok, dare I say it, safari hasn't crashed yet....

Oh dear God, what did I do by speaking that out loud???

since the update crashed me about 3 times looking in imdb and here trying to edit a post

Safari crashed a lot in 2.1

Probably the most wanted fix for me is to make Safari better. It was the most crash prone app in 2.1 and I hope it is getting better now but it is too early to say. keep fingers crossed:(
