Anyone else getting this?

Well we know they took away the "rate upon delete" feature, but does anyone get this error? I was installing a free app today, and got this error. Pressing OK only brought it right back up, about 15 times, then it stopped.

Weird?

Does this appear on other apps you download or was it just specific to this one?
