iPhone XR Anyone else getting tons of iCloud sign in requests recently?

seems to have happened like 10x in the past day for me across my devices...

I changed my password for my Apple ID and phone password, I dunno what gives

I also disabled iCloud messages a few weeks ago and perioidically I get 'iCloud imessages' error at the bottom of messages app where I see my list of conversations

this is getting ridiculous

I am getting it a lot, but only in the Evernote app, which I use all day long.

About a month ago, when I removed my MAX from the wireless charger, a message from Apple was on the screen saying that my Apple ID account had been disabled. They never said why but I changed my password to my Apple ID.

Others reported having to do the same.

I get very few "sign in requests" except when I am doing updates and I think they just wanted my passcode.

Yes I have this on my Apple TV. Asks for my passcode and 6 digit verification code all the time, but does not log in and forces me to repeat the procedure over and over without succes. Very annoying.
