Anyone else had problems running Windows 7 in Virtualbox?

I would appreciate some insight/help. I've deleted that VM and am going to build a new one and install the 32-bit Windows 7. Has anyone else had the problem of Windows 7 being extremely slow (several minutes to boot)?
