Anyone else have an Imac with a 1Tb Seagate drive but not eligible for recall?

Hi,

I have a late 2009 Imac 27" with a 1TB Seagate drive: ST31000528ASQ.
I heard about the recall and entered my serial number into the support page. I was informed that my Imac is not eligible for recall.

This wouldn't be so much of an issue if the drives SMART diagnostics didn't report that the drive is failing.

Anyone else have this predicament? Any suggestions?
