Anyone else have Mavericks change your dns?

Very weird. After upgrading, I noticed many sites were taking a while to load. I finally checked my DNS servers in the Network settings and found them set to 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.1. I have NEVER used those DNS servers. I switched them to Google's free dns servers, and everything is working normally.

Anyone else have this happen?
