Anyone else have the bullstrap MagSafe wallet?

Just got my Bullstrap MagSafe case and wallet after being extremely disappointed with the quality of the apple leather products this year. I love this case but the wallet seems to be missing a magnet compared to the apple leather wallet. It doesn't stick to the case at all. There is no magnet on the bottom so it just rotates right off with barely any pressure. Is this a defect with my wallet or just how they are being made? It's not an issue with the case because my apple wallet stays just fine. Really disappointed because it looks so nice.

I was about to pull the trigger on this wallet but will wait to see if someone responds. If they are like you describe then it wouldn’t be money well spent.

Best bet is to contact them and ask them. I don't have their magsafe wallet so I can't speak for that. I just have the normal portfolio case and it's pretty nice.

I did contact them and they sent a new one out in hours! I should have it in a couple days.

So I didn’t wait and I guess I should have because mine just got delivered today and it is acting how you described when I attach it directly to the phone and no case.

Update - I tried an apple wallet with my Ocean Magsafe case and it sticks with no issue so I am just returning the Bullstrap wallet. Its a nice wallet, but if it doesn't stick then that defeats the purpose of getting it.

I got my replacement it is has the same issue so I'll be returning it. I can't see many people wanting to use this. It's basically useless.

So disappointing. Had high hopes for this. Seems like Apple may have a secret with their magnets. Every aftermarket MagSafe accessory I have gotten has been like this.

I just received my Bullstrap MagSafe case and wallet today, and I don’t think they did any testing of these products themselves. The case is mostly fine, but the back has an ever so slight bulge from the magnet ring. The wallet is just a real disaster. It’s beautifully crafted, but falls literally right off. No stabilizing magnet means this slides around and off of the phone or case when just inserting/removing from my pocket, not to mention any real use.

Yeah I find it hard to believe this would have passed any sort of testing. I couldn’t even hold my phone without it falling off…never mind putting it in and out of a pocket.
