HomePod Anyone else have to unplug their homepod during the livestream?

During the first part of the livestream, they kept demoing Siri.

My HomePod kept acknowledging and saying random stuff like "I didn't quite hear you"


wound up unplugging because it was getting annoying

Haaa yeah!! I just disabled Hey Siri on it though. That reminds me, need to turn it back on!

I was listening through the HomePod like JBaby but I only recall the HomePod triggering once, then immediately canceled.

I didn't turn it off coz I'm too lazy to get up but yes it kept reacting!

Yep. Over and over and over. My homepod is right in the center of a mancave and surrounded by hifi speakers in every corner. It heard and responded to every "hey Siri" that came from the show.
