Anyone else having a problem with Spotlight and iOs 9?

I have all the Spotlight options switched on, but ever since the latest firmware update (9.2.1) most of the time when I search for an app, nothing comes up...I have 'Suggestions' enabled to. I tried turning it off and rebooting my iPhone 6 and relabeling it (i saw that somewhere as a fix), but it didn't help.
