Anyone else having audio sync issues over BT?

I noticed that when watching some converted movies on my 3G S, the audio through BT lags a couple seconds. When I used my standard headphones, the audio was in sync. Could it be the headphones? I was using the Motorola S9.
 
I bought a new bt headset, which will hopefully fix the sync issue and supposedly give me some control functions that I can't get from my S9.
