Anyone else having issues with lte on iPhone 5 since ios7?

I have a iPhone 5s which works fine but my wife's iPhone 5 (which used to be mine) it shows. Lte or 3G but doesn't connect etc. It doesn't matter if it's 3G or lte.

We are both on verizon and in the same location. Mine works. Hers doesn't.

Restarting the phone doesn't fix it.

I have issues with LTE on the 5S, Since switching I see 4G a lot more than I used to on AT&T
