Anyone else having SMS (green box) text messages not coming through their iPads/macs?

Its pretty random for my iPad to actually receive the non iMessage messages. Ive yet to receive one through my iMac as of yet. I put the pin into the phone to allow it. Is there another step I need to do to push the messages to all my devices?
