This is NOT the Chase bug that others have reported. I can’t even get to the point of adding card numbers.

Since I went to the PB of iOS 16 on my 13 Pro, I’ve gotten this popup, and couldn’t add a new card. I hoped that it would resolve with each update, but no such luck.
I tried again on the 14 Pro after switching, before upgrading to PB iOS 16.1. Still no luck. Note: I was able to switch the active cards during the switch with no issue.
Same with 16.1.
Yes, I’ve submitted feedback after each update.
Edit: resolved. My second consultation with apple support fixed the issue! They had me change the region from the United States and change it back again, and that did it. After several months, two phones, and two long Apple Support consultations.
