Anyone else loose ALL alias and symlink function?

After the last Ventura upodate, I lost all alias and symlink function in Finder. It either open terminal or another app altogether. crazy..

this just started on the latest beta (for me, anyway). & others have reported this as well:
alias for apps on the desktop do that (open the terminal); i reported in the feedback assistant (twice)

it's a nuisance. but aliases for files & folders are working fine here...

hoping for a fix with next update 👍

yes app alias, (or symlink), even placed in Applications folder does it. Right click "show original" works fine though. I restored in recovery and it went away, but then it offers beta 2 again and not beta 3 yet. I'll try to avoid beta 3 now till bata 4 shows up. It's a bad bug if you use alias or symlink for apps.

Edit: Beta 2 after restore turned out to actually install beta 3 and the problem abover returned.. ugh. Back to restore again.. geeze.. tedius...
