Anyone else lose unlock Mac with watch in latest update?

Just updated yesterday and my watch no longer unlocks my Mac, doesn't show temperature, etc. I've restarted the watch, but no luck...

I have not, au contraire my watch seems to be able to unlock my M1 Mac Mini from halfway across the room.

Apple Watch wont unlock Mac but it will unlock Mac apps?

I've been fighting to get it back for a while but at this point, I'm calling it a massive bug that Apple wont fix anytime soon.
